No Show or Late Cancellation Policy

At Cocoa Couture Tan, we strive to provide exceptional service and accommodate our clients' needs. To ensure that all clients receive timely service and to respect the time of our technicians, we have implemented the following No Show or Late Cancellation Policy:

1. Appointment Confirmation

  • Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Notice Period: We understand that plans may change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or in case of no-shows.

3. Fees

  • Cancellation Fee: Clients who fail to provide 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling may be charged a fee of 50% of the service cost.

  • No Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged a fee of 100% of the service cost.

4. Payment of Fees

  • Payment: Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid before booking any future appointments.

5. Exceptions

  • Emergency: We understand that emergencies may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of emergencies that prevent you from attending your appointment.

  • Discretion: Cocoa Couture Tan reserves the right to waive or modify cancellation fees at our discretion.
